About Julia

Hi, I’m Julia,

Owner, head baker and creative genius behind Creme Brew Lait.

I have a passion for making good food with fresh ingredients and one of my favourite things is sharing my food with people.

I love my job and I feel I’m living my dream every day I pull on my apron. After winning my battle with breast cancer, I decided it was time to fulfil my dream, and I haven’t looked back, as every day is a gift.

For me, afternoon tea evokes wonderful memories of my childhood, and I hope it either stirs or creates great memories for you too. Seeing the joy that my food can bring to people, and the happiness they have on seeing the finished product is what gets me up in the morning.
